Invoice Cloud Simplifies Customer Payment Management with “Account Linking”

Demand Met for Self-Service Account Management Tool

Boston – Invoice Cloud released an upgrade to its service to allow Customers with multiple accounts (ex. landlords with multiple locations and customers with multiple bill types, like Real Estate Tax, Motor Vehicle Excise Tax and Utility bills) to manage and pay all their bills from a single Customer View. Invoice Cloud Clients and their Customers now have a simple means to link all their accounts together by using the same email address for all their bills. Importantly, Customers can now pay all open invoices with a single payment, saving them time and money. Email notifications consolidate the linked accounts so that a single notification is made instead of a notification for each bill.

Bob Bennett, Invoice Cloud’s CEO stated that, “Account linking is another innovation that our Clients asked for to benefit their Customers. With this enhancement, a Customer with many locations and/or accounts can pull them together into a consolidated view by using the same email address when registering. Of course, many Customers use the Invoice Cloud service without registering by making one-time payments. For one-time pay Customers, the Invoice Cloud system will prompt the Customer when it recognizes that the same email address has been used for more than one bill to see if the Customer would like to link the accounts together. This enhancement has been met with broad acclaim from Customers using Invoice Cloud at hundreds of Client sites. One of the great things about having a truly cloud based platform is the fact that when we make an enhancement to the platform, all Clients and their Customers receive it.”
