The City of Boston Awards “Customer Online Payment System” Contract to Invoice Cloud

Customer communication engine and payment platform outperforms competition

BOSTON – Invoice Cloud goes live for Real Estate Tax, Personal Property Tax, Motor Vehicle Excise Tax, Boat Excise Tax and other payments for the City of Boston, Massachusetts. Invoice Cloud was awarded the contract to provide Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) services for the City in March, 2013. The web based service has been integrated with the City’s in house Customer Information System. Boston’s Customer Service Vision was to:

  • Provide internal and external customers with efficient and secure access to payment information and services through a centralized customer service entry point on a 24×7 basis;
  • Incorporate state of the art technology within a convenient and user friendly interface;
