Invoice Cloud Opens Client Service Center in Memphis, adds experienced VP of Operations

Focus on superior customer support results in expanded new facility
BOSTON – Invoice Cloud announces the establishment of its Client Service Center in Memphis, TN and the addition of Deborah Bowler as Vice President of Operations to meet the needs of its rapidly growing portfolio of clients. Deborah and her team of professionals are responsible for the daily management of Invoice Cloud’s growing client portfolio, including Customer Support, Partner Support, Project Management, and Implementation. Deborah is a Certified Professional (CPP) in the payments industry with more than 15 years of merchant acquiring and processing experience.

Prior to Invoice Cloud, Deborah was the Vice President of Operations at Payment Express Systems. During her tenure with PES she developed numerous programs, processes and realigned resources to provide increased efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability. Prior to joining Payment Express Systems, Deborah was the Vice President of Project/Product Management & Compliance for Sage Payment Solutions.
