Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Rob is responsible for Software Engineering, Security, Operations and Product Development. Previously the SVP of Global Service Delivery for Continuum Managed Services, Rob was responsible for a team of 900+ IT technicians who delivered service to more than 50,000 small businesses in the U.S. and Europe.  Prior to Continuum, Rob was a partner with Exeter Group, a Boston-based IT consulting firm, where he led large-scale IT and business transformation programs.  Before that, Rob spent 10 years at Sallie Mae where he held multiple roles including Chief Information Officer and EVP of Operations and Technology.

Rob is an avid tennis player and fan, and enjoys family time putting together jigsaw puzzles, traveling, and reading.
