Accessibility Statement

Invoice Cloud is committed to making its websites accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities.

Readability

The fonts used on this site have been selected and used to make the content easy to read and understand. Text has been defined by using relative units, so it is possible to change the font size in the Web browser, allowing users to dictate font size. Color is used as a design element, not to describe or present information.

Structure

Clear and well structured contents are supported by style sheets which do not interfere with the use of user defined style sheets. This site is semantically correct, which means that content and lay-out are strictly divided. For browsers which do not support CSS, the content on all pages remains readable. All tables are coded according to the rules of the markup language being used for creating the tables and include appropriate table tags. Flicker rate is within acceptable frequency standards (between 2 Hz and 55 Hz).

Images & Media

Wherever possible, live text is used instead of graphics. Images are described with the ALT tag if they contain information. We do not describe decorative elements unless they make sense in some way. If used, Flash content, multimedia, image maps, applets and plug-ins are accompanied by a text description for this type of media if it contains useful information. Purely decorative animation will not be described. Some elements of this site depend on scripts which are identified with functional text that can be read by assistive technology.

Navigation

Throughout the site, ease of use and navigation is a top priority. Electronic forms are constructed so that input fields are associated with descriptive text making it easier for screen readers to aid users in filing out the forms. Users are able to skip repetitive navigation links to simplify site use. When a timed response is required, the user is prompted and given sufficient time to indicate whether additional time is needed to complete a task.
