Service Enhancement >>> Custom Messages
Based on client feedback, an enhancement was made to allow our billers the ability to include custom text within the customer payment portal pages. From the locate your account page through the payment receipt, a custom message can be displayed below the default page message. This is an opportunity to elaborate on the instructions, provide more descriptive text or communicate important information regarding the payment process.
Custom messages can be added to the following pages: Customer Locator, Search Results, Related Search Results, Review Cart, Payment Route (4 pages) and Cloud Store Review. Below are two examples, with the custom message area highlighted.
