System Maintenance Schedule  

InvoiceCloud typically performs routine system maintenance once a month. To help our clients better prepare, we would like to share and reserve the following dates and times in 2022 for system maintenance.  

There may be months where no maintenance is needed, or the full 3 hours of reserved time is not required. The Client Services team will send a Service Alert email, as reminder a few days prior and when the maintenance is complete.  

During the allotted time, we will display a maintenance window to anyone attempting to access the site, as well as hold certain jobs such as auto pay processing until the maintenance is complete.
