Invoice Cloud Adds Dynamic Bill Creation and Presentment in Connecticut

Innovation allows Customers to Pay Old Tax bills online

Boston – Invoice Cloud announced a key innovation to its service for Connecticut Clients and their Customers, through its partnership with Quality Data Services (QDS), the dominant billing software provider for local government in the state. Prior to dynamic bill creation, taxpayers could pay current tax bills online but couldn’t pay their older tax bills in the same session. With dynamic bill creation, from Invoice Cloud, if a taxpayer selects old bills from the search screen in QDS, Invoice Cloud pulls all the information needed to create the bills from the billing software, creates the bills on the fly, presents the bills to the taxpayer, accepts payment for the bills and updates the QDS billing software. This innovation will be used, as needed, with other billing software entities across the country.
