Invoice Cloud Adds Dynamic Bill Creation and Presentment in Connecticut
Innovation allows Customers to Pay Old Tax bills online
Boston – Invoice Cloud announced a key innovation to its service for Connecticut Clients and their Customers, through its partnership with Quality Data Services (QDS), the dominant billing software provider for local government in the state. Prior to dynamic bill creation, taxpayers could pay current tax bills online but couldn’t pay their older tax bills in the same session. With dynamic bill creation, from Invoice Cloud, if a taxpayer selects old bills from the search screen in QDS, Invoice Cloud pulls all the information needed to create the bills from the billing software, creates the bills on the fly, presents the bills to the taxpayer, accepts payment for the bills and updates the QDS billing software. This innovation will be used, as needed, with other billing software entities across the country.
According to Bob Bennett, Invoice Cloud CEO, “QDS has been a great partner for us as Invoice Cloud has added many great cities and towns as Clients due to the unique, collaborative integration between the two companies. This collaboration has resulted in a very easy to use, highly functional Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) solution, specifically tailored for the needs of municipalities in Connecticut. Starting in 2011 with New Canaan, Simsbury and West Hartford, our growth has mushroomed into a significant client base in the state and the growth has been phenomenal (over 1000% in four years) compared to previous online payment providers. Creating these types of innovations in highly compressed time frames requires a certain amount of ‘genius’ and a lot of ‘can do’ attitude. We are fortunate to have both.”
Invoice Cloud™ (www.invoicecloud.com), a high growth company with over 360 clients in 36 states in the USA, provides Trusted, Secure E-Payments and Electronic Bill Presentment (EBPP).
